My cousin Federica (Chicca) works at Columbia University in New York, which besides of being the coolest thing to do and the coolest place to live is also SO far away from us.

We grew up together and we love each other a lot, we spent some amazing holidays together, a road trip in Greece, a no-sleep week in Puertorico and New York of course, which are amongst my most cherished memories. So when she came back for Spring break after a conference in Spain, we took the chance to spend some time together and shoot some pics in our garden (yes, “our garden” beacuse we lived practically in the same house for let’s say 20 something years).

Now she’s gone again, but Summer will take her back to Italy and to our garden, in the meantime I’ll prepare my camera.

Some pics I took of my friend and two years’ collegue at Grazia.it, Rossella. We shot in Milan on the little Naviglio in front of my house and it was raining most of the time and it was superfreezing but we had such a good time and the result is so good that I can’t wait for doing it again in Spring!

A promise is a promise.
You know you can fall in love deeply with things, well I fall in love with shoes, Fendi bags, wool coats, but mostly I fall in love with images, and I totally fell in love with these pics. They’re so natural and not retouched at all and you can spot the exact moment in which I accidentally exposed the film to light (duh duh duh).
